Students FAQ
Course Visibility and Registration Questions
Blackboard courses become available to Students the day the semester begins. Your professor has the option to open up a Blackboard course prior to the start of the term, but this is not very common.
Blackboard enrollments are processed hourly. Your professor can enroll you into a course manually if there is time sensitive material that you need to access. Please contact your professor if this is the case.
Dropped courses in Blackboard are processed each morning. If you dropped a course during the day, that course should disappear from Blackboard the following morning.
If you can’t find any content inside a Blackboard course, the instructor of that course may not be using Blackboard. Please contact the instructor to verify.
Please verify with your instructor that the material has been posted. If you still can’t see the material please contact the help desk at #4309 (609-652-4309).

Miscellaneous Questions
You may access the course via the Blackboard (Bb) icon in the go.stockton portal or at: stockton.blackboard.edu. You may only access Blackboard and/or your online course/s via your individual, authorized credentials-your Stockton User ID and Password.
Your individual Stockton User ID and Password are unique. Stockton's student end-user agreement prohibits sharing of credentials. Your log-in and navigation data (time/date stamp) are visible in various areas of Blackboard and your asynchronous online courses. In a Blackboard course, your professor and the institution have access to your course activity including time of access and items you clicked, reviewed, and submitted (tests/assignments, etc.). Stockton professors may utilize Respondus Proctor monitoring, which uses your webcam and microphone to record your assessment session during a quiz, test, exam, or assignment.
