Welcome to the Office of Budget, Financial Planning and Campus Services!  As part of the Division of Administration and Finance, Budget, Financial Planning and Campus Services is responsible for preparing and managing the University’s operating and capital budget, and overseeing the administration of the campus services, including dining services, the bookstore, the mailroom and vending services.
