Program Overview
Stockton's Training and Development Certificate prepares professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge and to develop effective in-house training and other programs to increase workplace performance. This one-year, accelerated program provides a foundation for the necessary skills for transferring learning to practical, on-the-job application; for developing and evaluating authentic learning experiences aligned with enterprise business objectives; and for engaging participants during learning experiences.
The Training and Development Certificate provides a great way to gain specialized knowledge that will set you apart from the competition. Earning an undergraduate or graduate certificate from Stockton can enhance your existing bachelor's or master's degree and improve your marketability for current and future employers in this fluctuating job market.
This program is offered in a unique and convenient format in which the student chooses the course delivery method. If you want to attend face-to-face, online, or utilize a blended approach, the choice is yours. Opportunities for face-to-face and online collaboration are integrated through each class. The student can choose their class format on a weekly basis or at the start of each term. This flexibility allows the student to obtain the necessary learning opportunities at his or her own pace.
Curriculum
Quality academic instruction provides the essential knowledge and skills needed to be effective in today's complex business world.

This structure will facilitate optional synchronous meetings and encourage online collaboration projects, so that students will be equipped with strong communication skills as they complete the degree. This flexibility allows the student to obtain the necessary learning opportunities at his or her own pace.
