Car Golden has been involved in New Jersey politics and elections for over 50 years. A former newspaper reporter, he has been spokesman for the state Assembly Republicans, the Republican State Committee, for Governors Thomas Kean and Christie Whitman and for the state Supreme Court and Chief Justice Robert Wilentz. He has been involved with numerous election campaigns, including elections for governor, New Jersey Legislature and Congress. Since 2010, Carl has been a Senior Contributing Analyst for the Hughes Center, writing political analysis that is published in New Jersey papers and outlets across the country and even internationally.
