Ms. Bailey is Deputy General Counsel for Stockton University. She previously was a partner in the Commercial Litigation and Product Liability practice groups of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, resident in the Philadelphia office.  She handled complex litigation matters throughout the United States in both state and federal courts, with an emphasis in the areas of business and commercial litigation, and product liability matters. Ms. Bailey served as a law clerk to the Honorable John E. Wallace, Jr. (ret.) Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, and as a legal intern for both the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and the New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Yvonne Mokgoro of the Constitutional Court of South Africa in Johannesburg.  Prior to joining private practice, Ms. Bailey was an Assistant Prosecutor with the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office. Her professional affiliations include: the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. She serves as a Zone 1 Delegate to the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates and a member of the Executive Council of the association’s Commission on Women in the Profession; Pennsylvania Bar Association Civil Litigation Section Council; Pennsylvania Bar Association Quality of Life/Balance Committee; and The National Bar Association – Women Lawyers Division, Philadelphia Chapter.

Ms. Bailey earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, and her B.A. from Drew Univeristy.  She is admitted to practice in the courts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
