Stockton University Senior Leadership Team Statement of Agreements

Preamble

The Senior Leadership Team is responsible for institutional planning and administrative oversight for Stockton University. As the primary decision-making body for matters requiring top-level consideration, the team deliberates and takes decisive action on a wide range of issues affecting the University. In instances where the President is the final decision-maker, the Senior Leadership Team provides informed recommendations. Members foster an environment of open dialogue and strategic thinking while collaboratively addressing complex challenges that shape the institution’s direction and success.

  1. We strategically identify, respond to and communicate opportunities and threats to achieving Stockton’s mission and vision and adhering to our values;
