Resetting your Proxy PIN

Proxy users can manually request a PIN reset as long as the student used your email address when setting up your account.

 

Visit the Proxy login page and initiate a PIN reset:

Step 1: Visit the proxy login page, enter your email address, then click the forgot pin button.

Step 2: If your email address matches an account you will receive an email with your new pin and a login link.

Step 3: Upon first login you will be required to create a new PIN for future access.

 

If your email is not recognized:

If your email is not recognized by the system,  please contact the student to verify the email address used when your proxy account was created.
