Personal Enrichment

SCOSA offers educational, socialization, and recreation programs that encourage vitality through physical, social, mental and intergenerational engagement.

SCOSA programs are partially funded under Title III of the Older Americans Act of 1965, as amended, through grants from the Atlantic County Division of Intergenerational Services. This funding source requires us to collect basic demographic information from our participants.

Stockton Institute for Lifelong Learning (SILL)

The Stockton Institute for Lifelong Learning (SILL) offers 4-week courses taught by Stockton professors. Tuition is $45. With grant funding via the Older American Act, SILL courses are free for residents of Atlantic County age 60+

Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Group

Caregivers can attend in-person or via Zoom. Each session includes education and support hosted by SCOSA’s faculty experts on caregiving and mental health.

The project is funded under The Older Americans Act of 1965, through a grant by the Office of Aging, Atlantic County, New Jersey.
