- The RFQC will work with the administration to ensure the collection of accurate data
about faculty qualifications and continuing enagement activities.
- The RFQC will meet at least twice a year to make decision about faculty classifications
and will categorize all faculty that dall under the purview of AACSB in accordance
with policy.
- The RFQC will work with the faculty chairs and associate chairs to encourage individual
faculty members to build a portfolio of faculty classifications consistent with the
School's mission.
- The RFQC will ensure the updating of faculty qualifications policies to conform to
best practices, AACSB standards, and accreditor guidance.
- The RFQC will, at the request of an indivividual faculty member, make preliminary
(pre-publication or pre-engagement) decisions about which continuing engagement activities,
journals, and publications count for faculty qualifications purposes.
- The RFQC will submit a written report at the final School of Business meeting each
academic year that will document the qualifications of all faculty that fall under
purview of AACSB.
