The Summer Entrepreneurship and Business Academy (SEBA) at Stockton University School of Business is designed to provide a unique platform for area high school students to appreciate and learn about the basics of entrepreneurship and business.

  • A unique and exceptional learning opportunity

  • Topics include: accounting, business analytics, computer information systems, computer science, finance, management, marketing and hospitality

  • Business plan competition judged by faculty, advisory board members and community leaders

  • Includes one week of programming, housing, meals and field trips
  • For rising high school juniors and seniors

SEBA is not your typical camp; it's a thrilling journey into entrepreneurship, where every moment sparks growth, learning, and unforgettable connections. We delved into the secrets of turning ideas into successful businesses, guided by industry professionals and experienced mentors. The week was a total blast, offering the most delicious catered food and once-in-a-lifetime field trips around Atlantic City. Forging lifelong friendships with kids across the country while living the college life dream in dorms right on the Jersey Shore was the highlight of my SEBA experience. I’ve never worked so hard and had so much fun at the same time in my life!

I went to SEBA to learn more about Stockton. As a gamer I loved the esports day! I also really liked the day at the Tropicana, especially seeing the fanciest suite! This program was a great insight into not only Stockton but the business and hospitality world. The dorms were right on the beach and all the food was insane! I would highly recommend this program to all juniors or seniors interested in learning more about business or hospitality as it expanded my knowledge in both.

SEBA was amazing - the best dorm, the best food and the best organizers I’ve experienced of all the camps I’ve previously attended. Being a life-long STEM and music student, it was the first time I had been exposed to entrepreneurship and business management, and I loved it! I learned a lot from the Stockton faculty and speakers from different industries. Some of what we learned was applied immediately to the business plan we were developing, under the supervision of a mentor, which, to me, was like a college level Business 101 course in a week. I met some highly capable students, and working with them as a team was stimulating, inspiring, and definitely enjoyable. Thanks to Stockton SEBA, within a week, I was no longer a one-dimensional STEM student.

Last year during SEBA’s inaugural class I was lucky enough to be accepted. During the program I was able to create my own business, strategize marketing, and work one on one with industry leaders. Through the course of this program, I learned the importance of teamwork, preparedness, and time management. I was able to apply all of these skills when it came to making our business proposals, and in school.
