The Empowered Leadership Conference will be held on April 4, 2025, from 9am to 3pm. Faculty Panel Discussion on "Shaping the Next Generation of Leaders"
This panel will explore how today’s faculty & staff are empowering students to succeed in today’s economy. Discussion will focus on how they help students secure jobs, develop leadership skills, embrace their identities, and gain valuable experience. Panelists will also examine how these strategies have evolved over time, particularly in response to rapid technological advancements, and how they differ from those shaping previous generations

This session will focus on the importance of environments for individuals with disabilities. It emphasizes the importance of understanding needs, implementing practices, and promoting opportunities in various settings, such as workplaces, schools, and communities.
