Days of Service
The Office of Community Engagement supports several campus-wide Days of Service every year.
These events have become an integral part of our culture and are eagerly anticipated by faculty, staff, students, and community partners alike.
The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service
The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service is Stockton University’s signature annual day of service. It brings together over 900 students, community members, and community partners, and often encompasses more than 25 projects, both on- and off-campus. The goal of Days of Service is to provide an intensive, community-wide experience for students and to introduce them to partners where they can serve long-term and develop an ongoing relationship.
Stockton University students deliver finished dog beds to the Atlantic City Humane Society for the 17th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service.
Stockton University will be hosting 22 Years of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service on:
Monday, January 19, 2026!
The event will be entirely in-person and feature projects at our Galloway, Atlantic City, Woodbine, and Hammonton locations.
