Hunger and Homeless Awareness Week
The week before Thanksgiving at Stockton University is focused on Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week is an annual program where people come together across the country to draw attention to the problems of hunger and homelessness.
Arc Spring Fling
Every year, The Arc of Atlantic County, along with The Noyes Museum and SCCESL hosts Spring Fling. This is a dance for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Homework Completion Programs
Homework Completion Programs take place in Atlantic City and Pleasantville. Stockton students, faculty, staff and administration can volunteer to help youth finish their homework or practice material for their classes. Click the link above for more information!
Physics Day
Hosted by Professor Joe Trout’s Physics class each Fall, Physics Day invites local elementary school students to move through different physics concept stations.
National Volunteer Week
A week shining a light on the people and causes that inspire us to serve, National Volunteer Week recognizes the impact of service and the power of volunteers to impact our greatest challenges. SCCESL often uses this week to highlight the opportunities offered by national service, including AmeriCorps, VISTA and Peace Corps.
