Join a UCGC Chapter
Chapters in the Unified Cultural Greek Council follows a process called membership intake. The first step in intake is attending a chapter's informational.
Intake is the membership selection process conducted by Cultural Based Fraternal Organizations (CBFO). Many of these organizations are historically Indigenous, Latinx, Asian, South Asian, and Multicultural. They are built from other historically significant cultural roots, but you do not need to be from a certain background to join an organization.

- Each group’s intake process is difference, including when they take on new members.
This process, known as “general intake” begins with an interest meeting, followed
by a period of membership education.
- Usually at the conclusion of an organization intake process, organization will host New Member Presentation or "Probates”. These shows are often-public presentation where new members are recognized and unveiled to the University community.

Who is the IFC?
The Unified Cultural Greek Council (UCGC) serves as the programming body for culturally based Greek-lettered sororities and fraternities at Stockton University (historically Latinx, Asian, South-Asian and multicultural). The UCGC’s purpose is to inspire culture, trust, support, understanding, and friendship between its members, the Greek community and the university.
