Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I park?
Parking is free in Lots 0-7. Parking Lot 6 is the closest lot to the PAC. Parking
Lot 3 is the closest lot to the Campus Center Theater. Space may be limited due to
student parking; therefore, we highly recommend leaving early to give yourself enough
time.
What time should we arrive? -- Doors opens 30 minutes before the performance. Because of the design of our theater,
arriving late means you may need to cross through an entire row of patrons to get
to your seat. For this reason, we encourage you to be on time! Latecomers will be
seated at the discretion of the management and could be subject to relocation.
What happens if I can’t make the show? -- Though it is not our policy to refund tickets, we will be more than happy to exchange
your tickets to another performance of equal value. You must exchange your tickets before the original performance commences, preferably 24 hours or more in advance.
Do you offer Accessible seating? -- Yes, and we are happy to make any necessary accommodations to ensure you have an enjoyable
experience. Please visit our Accessibility page.
My tickets are in “odds” or “evens”. Are we seated together? -- Yes, the PAC is divided into four sections: Orchestra Left, Mezzanine Left and Orchestra Right, Mezzanine Right. Seats on the left side of the theater are in “odds”, and seats on the right side of the theater are in “evens”. Orchestra seats are rows A-F, and Mezzanine seats are rows G-K. Mezzanine seats must be accessed from the second floor of our lobby.
Do you have an Elevator? -- Yes, our elevator is located by the restrooms and will take you to the Mezzanine level.
What about refreshments? -- We sell light refreshments during our Main Stage performances if there is an intermission
scheduled. Our concession stand is cash-only. Food and beverage is not permitted in
the theater, and must be enjoyed in the lobby before you enter/re-enter the theater.
We also have water fountains located outside each entrance of the theater.
Do you have an ATM machine nearby? -- There is not an ATM machine located by the PAC. The nearest ATM machine is located in the Campus
Center Building, downstairs before you enter the Food Court. Our box office accepts
credit cards, but concessions and merchandise sales are typically cash-only.
Do you have a coatcheck? -- No, not at this time.
Can I take pictures or video? -- No, the Stockton Performing Arts Center does not permit photography or video recordings
(including mobile phone recordings) during our performances. We also ask that all
cell phones be turned off during our performances.
Does my child need a ticket? -- Every person entering the theater needs a ticket. The only exception is babes in arms who are 2 or younger. Most of our performances do offer a child price ticket when appropriate. A child is considered 12 and under. As a courtesy to audience members and performers, please use discretion regarding a young child’s ability to sit quietly and enjoy a show.
