As medical practitioners faced a shortage of ventilators during the pandemic, Frank Malatino ‘10, ‘15 worked from his bedroom desk to write a manual for doctors detailing how to set up a new, FDA-approved, open-source ventilator.

New Book Details Expedition to Map the Walker Wreck

Nagiewicz, an adjunct instructor at Stockton, a certified archaeologist and a teacher at Atlantic City High School, and James Delgadoa maritime archaeologist and historian, co-authored a book, “Robert J. Walker: the History and Archeology of a U.S. Coast Survey Steamship” detailing the expedition to map the wreck. Peter Straub, dean of the School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, also contributed a chapter.

Environmental Internship Program Receives National Recognition

The New Jersey Army National Guard (NJARNG) and Stockton University were recognized at the 2019 Army Community Partnership Awards in December for their partnership to establish an internship program focused on improving operational and mission readiness in the Sustainability, Real Property, Facilities Management, and Environmental Programs. These partnerships ensure that NJARNG Soldiers train in state-of-the-art, energy-efficient, hygienic facilities.
