Kelly Oquist serves as the Director, Academic Finance for the Division of Academic Affairs.  In this role, she works with the Deans and Budget Unit Managers to identify annual academic program budgetary needs to be submitted to the Provost for approval.  In addition, she develops and implements appropriate budget control mechanisms and financial models.  Kelly joined the Office of the Provost in April 2016, bringing 15 years of experience working in the Division of Administration and Finance at Stockton University.  Kelly earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Stockton University.

As the Director of Academic Operations for the Atlantic City campus, Alex provides administrative, operational, and budgetary leadership in the development and sustainability of the campus’ institutional assets. In addition, he assists in facilitating partnerships and special initiatives with public/private agencies, as well as regional non-profit organizations connecting staff, faculty, and students.

Alex earned his B.A. degree in Political Science from Stockton State College (now Stockton University); his M.A. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Denver; and a post-graduate certificate in Higher Educational Leadership from Widener University. During his professional tenure at Stockton, he completed a fellowship with Lead New Jersey and served 12 years in elected public office. Deeply rooted in the community, he currently serves as a member of several non-profit and civic boards.

AmyBeth Glass is the University's Registrar.  She also oversees the annual and periodic academic reporting process, the Faculty Fellows program, and new academic program development.

Dr. Glass has over 25 years of experience in higher education leadership, and formerly served as Stockton's Director of Graduate Studies as well as Assistant Dean of the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies. She received her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Rowan University in 2017, as well as an M.A. in Student Personnel Services, and a B.A. in History from the same institution.

Nikita Lively joined the Office of the Provost in July of 2021 and reports to the Director, Academic Finance and is responsible for processing travel, Banner, and budget transactions for the Office of the Provost.  Nikita also works closely with and provides support to the Academic Affairs budget processors. Prior to working in the Office of the Provost, Nikita worked in the School of Health Sciences.

• Support for Kelly Oquist in providing guidance and instruction to AAF BUMS and budget clerks. 
   

  Oversee AAF Admin non-salary budgets, I.e.processing of orders, invoices and contracts 

  • Provide budget recommendations. 
  • Complete onboarding process for temporary hourly workers (TES and student workers) 
  • Support staff in coordinating events hosted by AAF 
  • Obtain travel and catering preapprovals 
  • Make travel arrangements for Provost Office staff

Stephanie Moore-Rebolledo joined the Office of the Provost in November of 2022 where she serves as the Personnel Specialist for the Division of Academic Affairs. Stephanie is responsible for managing personnel requests, PageUp, and acts as administrative support on job searches within the Office of the Provost. After the conclusion of her enlistment in the United States Air Force, Stephanie received both her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University.

Nicholas is a Stockton Alumni who recieved a BA in Communication Studies in 2019. He joined the Office of the Provost in May of 2023.  Prior to working in the Provost office Nicholas worked as a TES marketing coordinator in the office of Continuing Studies & Adult Education.
