Notary Services

In the Office of General Counsel and the Human Resources Office there are licensed New Jersey notaries who provide notary services for members of the University community, including faculty and staff. Please call (609) 652-4295 for the Office of General Counsel and (609) 652-4384 for the Human Resources Office to arrange for document notarization.

To notarize a document,  please provide:  
1. The unsigned original document(s); and 
2. Picture identification with signature.

There is no fee associated for notarizing documents in connection with official University business.
