Title IX Training Resources

Each academic year, Stockton University requires all faculty and staff to complete online Title IX training through Vector Solutions. Ongoing gender-based misconduct prevention training is required under Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 and the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (“Campus SaVE Act”), which is part of the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013. The training conforms to the federal regulations adopted in 2020 and codified at 34 C.F.R. 106.

In response to 34 C.F.R. Part 106.45(b)(10) of the 2020 Title IX Regulations that mandates the public sharing of materials used to train college Title IX team members, Stockton University has created this web page containing links to training materials. These materials are organized by year below.  This page will be updated on a regular basis upon training completion as materials become available. Any other use or effort to republish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, display, disclose, or distribute this material is prohibited.
