Open Enrollment is now closed.

October is open enrollment for the State Health Benefits Program (SHBP). During open enrollment, you may change your medical or dental insurance plans, and add eligible dependents to your coverage.  All changes made during the month of October will be effective on January 1, 2025. Exit Interviews

When an employee resigns or retires, they will be asked to schedule an exit interview with one of the Pensions and Benefits team. In this meeting the employee's leave balances, health benefits/COBRA, life insurance conversion rights, and pension options after separation will be discussed.

Additionally, employees who are resigning or retiring are asked to complete a voluntary online exit survey related to their experiences at Stockton. This survey can be completed anonymously and feedback from the survey is used to help shape future initiatives in an effort to make the University a great place to work. If an exiting employee does share their contact information in the survey they may be contacted for follow up, if needed.

Questions about exit interviews can be directed to benefits@stockton.edu.
